Talena Schuster- Dancin’ Tots

Talena (Dancin’ Tots) is very excited for another season at BDC. Talena is a two time Burlington Post Readers Choice winner in the category of Best Dance Instructor. She has been involved in the Dancin’ Tots program for over 15 years. Talena grew up dancing as a student at the Burlington Dance Company training in tap and jazz. As an alumni, Talena continues to take classes at BDC to keep up with her training. With a degree in Child and Youth Studies, from Brock University, and a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s, she brings a heightened understanding of young children and their needs to the Dancin’ Tots program. Currently, Talena is working with the Halton District School Board teaching grade 3/4 . When Talena is not at the studio, she is very involved in the school community running choirs, talent shows, sports teams, dance club and school wide initiatives. She is looking forward to a very exciting year of dancing, fun and friendship.
